The process will require at least nine months to one year to complete. Management, process facilitation, and facility fees are likely to total about $350,000-$400,000, or an average of $ $25,000 – $30,000 per month. We propose that all participants contribute toward defraying these costs according to the following schedule:
- Co-convenor — $4,000 per month (minimum of 3 months)
Commitment as a co-convener entitles the convening organization to have one participant on the Steering Committee, to be a primary spokesperson for the process, to have multiple participants in process workshops and learning journeys (no more than one per journey), to be a primary host at all process events, and to have their brand co-featured with other co-convenors on the front of all process reports and deliverables
- Sponsors — $2,000 per month (minimum of 3 months)
Committing to be a sponsor entitles the sponsoring organization to have two participants in process workshops, to participate in one learning journey, to have their organization name featured as a sponsor in all process reports and deliverables, and at process events.
- Participants — $1000 per month (minimum of 3 months)
Enrollment as a participant entitles the participating organization to have one participant at all process workshops, to participate in the on-line project workspace, and to receive all process deliverables.
