The project will begin as soon as sufficient commitments have been received to fund the first phase of the process ($75,000). The initial “Sensing and Designing” phase of the project will begin with stakeholder interviews and research around the convening question, and will deliver a comprehensive report prior to the first stakeholder workshop in December 2009. Following the first stakeholder workshop, a more detailed work plan, milestones, and budget for the second phase of the process will be submitted to the Steering Committee for approval.
