The project will be managed and facilitated by two experienced, senior professionals — Mr. Stephen Aldrich of bio-era, and Mr. Joe McCarron of Reos Partners. Both have extensive experience facilitating complex, multi-stakeholder processes and both will participate as co-conveners on the steering committee. Bio-era will manage operations and infrastructure for the project, and provide proprietary research and analysis relevant to the convening question. Reos Partners will provide process expertise and facilitation.
