To our knowledge, what we are proposing is not duplicative of any other multi-stakeholder effort. Those efforts to define standards for sustainable biofuels (Council on Sustainable Biomass Production, Roundtable on Sustainable Biofuels, etc.), for example, will provide input and guidance to our proposed process. Cross-participation and linkages between these initiatives and this process are welcome and encouraged.
